Santos welcomes cruises with Roupa Nova, Ana Castela, Zé Felipe and other artists on the coast of São Paulo

Themed cruises are set to energize the Port of Santos in January, featuring names such as Roupa Nova, Ana Castela, Jorge & Mateus, Zezé Di Camargo, Wesley Safadão and many others. The estimate is that around 133,500 people will pass through the Giusfredo Santini Passenger Maritime Terminal, operated by Concais, traveling on traditional or themed cruises. In total, seven ships are scheduled to dock at the Santos quay this month, accounting for 25 calls.

According to Concais, the terminal will receive four ships operating on regular routes — MSC Seaview, MSC Preziosa, MSC Sinfonia and Costa Diadema — as well as three cruise ships in transit — MS Marina, MS Vista and Aurora. These vessels are expected to record 57,006 disembarkations, 58,080 embarkations and 18,401 passengers in transit.

The terminal also reports that there will be 18 days of operations, with 13 days hosting one ship, three days with two ships and two days with three ships, totaling 25 calls in January. Passenger ships are expected to arrive between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., with departures scheduled between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The luxury cruise ship Aurora, operated by the British company P&O Cruises, will be a highlight of the month. The vessel, which belongs to Carnival Corporation, is scheduled to call at Santos on January 24.

“Expectations for January at Concais are very positive, especially due to the school holidays, when many families take advantage of the break to travel. In addition, Brazil’s summer weather favors cruise travel,” said Concais operations manager Javier Carnevale to A Tribuna.

Themed Cruises

Five themed cruises will call at the Port of Santos during this vacation month. The show cruises are organized by Promoação, which chartered MSC Preziosa for the 2025/2026 season.

The Roupa Nova cruise will take place from Friday (2) to Monday (5), featuring performances by the band and confirmed guests such as Os Paralamas do Sucesso, Blitz, Nando Reis, Toni Garrido, Luiza Possi, Guilherme Arantes and the show Rock Brasil (Afonso Nigro invites: Paulo Ricardo, Paulo Miklos, George Israel and Léo Jaime).

Ana Castela will headline a lineup that includes Maiara e Maraísa, Zé Felipe, Hugo e Guilherme, Léo Foguete, Luan Pereira, Turma do Pagode, among others. This cruise will embark on Monday and disembark on Thursday.

From Thursday through the 11th, the Jorge & Mateus cruise will bring together, in addition to the duo, Bell Marques, Jota Quest, Gustavo Mioto, Clayton & Romário, Pedro Libe and other artists.

Zezé Di Camargo will embark on the 11th, promising to energize the cruise through the 14th alongside Edson & Hudson, Alexandre Pires, Matogrosso & Mathias, Jota Quest, Durval Lelys, Wanessa Camargo and Limão com Mel.

Finally, from the 14th to the 17th, Wesley Safadão will bring his forró to MSC Preziosa. The cruise will also feature Bell Marques, Léo Santana, Natanzinho Lima, Eric Land, Marcynho Sensação, Murilo Huff, É o Tchan, Taty Girl, Seu Desejo and other artists.
