The state-owned company’s net profit, including all accounting events, closed the year at R\$ 724.6 million (Disclosure/APS) The Autoridade Portuária de Santos (APS) closed the year 2025 with a recurring profit of R\$ 938.9 million, a figure that represents a 22.3% increase compared to the 2024 fiscal year. The financial statements were released by the manager of the Port of Santos. The state-owned company also reported reaching R\$ 1 billion in cash generation (Ebitda). “The steady growth in recurring profit demonstrates the structural solidity of the Port of Santos. These results strengthen our investment capacity and ensure the maintenance of the Port’s strategic role for Brazil’s economy”, said Anderson Pomini, president of APS. The increase in this indicator excludes extraordinary or one-off financial effects to reveal the real performance of operations and demonstrates the company’s continuous development, accumulating a 74.6% increase since 2023. “The performance confirms that the results of the Port of Santos are structural, consistent, and sustainable over time, and not the result of occasional events”, Pomini added. The operating result for the period also strongly boosted the state-owned company’s cash generation. Recurring Ebitda, which measures the potential to generate resources from the company’s core activities, reached R\$ 1 billion, with a margin of 59.1%. The recurring net margin, in turn, reached 54.5%.
