Public consultation opened on terminals at the Port of Santos

The Port Authority of Santos (APS) is making available the documents describing the objects of public consultations and hearings 1, 2 and 3/2024.

One of the public hearings aims to gather contributions to support decision-making for the revision of the area of the Polygon of the Organized Port of Santos.

The second will be about the replacement of the area related to the lease contract of Concais, which controls the operations of the Passenger Terminal of the Port of Santos, currently located in the Outerinhos region and that will go to the Saboó region.

The third will discuss the replacement of the area leased to Ecoporto Santos S/A, located in the Saboó region, by a new adjacent area of the same size.

Dates

The public hearings will be held on June 13th and 14th. On June 13th, at 9 a.m., the debate regarding the polygon of the Port of Santos will take place. On the following day, also at 9 a.m., the theme will be Concais, and in the afternoon, starting at 2 p.m., Ecoporto. The hearings will be held at the APS premises. Those interested in speaking at the sessions must register by Thursday using the following electronic forms: public hearing no. 1, public hearing no. 2 and public hearing no. 3.

The sessions will be streamed online, recorded and made available on the APS YouTube channel.

Participation

Contributions can be sent to the APS from Thursday until 11:59 p.m. on June 21st, through the Participa + Brasil Platform, with the interested party identified by name and CPF number. The contributions received will be made available to interested parties on the APS website.
