Port of Santos Museum ranks among the world's top attractions after receiving a new award

The Port of Santos Museum has received the Travellers' Choice 2026 award, presented to the attractions that receive the highest ratings from visitors worldwide, according to the Santos Port Authority (APS).

The recognition comes from Tripadvisor, a website specializing in travel and tourism. The award is presented annually to businesses and attractions that consistently receive excellent reviews, based on the spontaneous feedback of millions of travelers from around the world.

According to APS, the award places the museum among the top 10% of activities and attractions worldwide on the platform, based on the ratings received over the past 12 months. According to visitor reviews posted on the website, the Port of Santos Museum maintains an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars, reflecting the high level of satisfaction among those who visit the venue.

The museum houses a collection of approximately 2,000 items, including documents, photographs, nautical instruments, and tools. It is also home to numerous rare artifacts that preserve and tell the story of the Port of Santos.

The museum is located at Avenida Rodrigues Alves, s/nº (corner of Rua Conselheiro João Alfredo), in Macuco. Admission is free, and the museum is open from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
