Cruises at the Port of Santos are expected to handle more than 65,000 passengers in April

The Giusfredo Santini Passenger Maritime Terminal, operated by Concais, at the Port of Santos, will receive three ships, with nine scheduled calls, in this final month of the 2025/2026 cruise season. By April 19, approximately 65,100 passengers are expected, including embarkations, disembarkations, and transit travelers.

According to Concais, the projected movement for April includes 28,700 disembarkations, 27,200 embarkations, and 9,200 transit passengers.

Ships

The company that operates the terminal reported that this Thursday (2) will see scheduled calls from Costa Diadema and MSC Preziosa. This is the only date in the month with simultaneous dockings. It will be MSC Preziosa’s final stop in Santos during the season. The ocean liner opened the current season on October 26 of last year. Costa Diadema will make a total of six calls, with the last scheduled for the 19th, while MSC Seaview will have two calls, ending its participation on the 11th.

No transit

According to the concessionaire, April will not include ships in transit, nor themed cruises or special programming related to Easter or the end of the season. Transit passengers, without check-in or check-out at the terminal, will be on board the cabotage ships Costa Diadema and MSC Seaview.

“The 2025/2026 season was a success at the Passenger Maritime Terminal, Concais. The team performed exceptionally throughout the entire operation, handling approximately 760,000 passengers and around 30,000 crew members”, celebrated Concais Operations Manager Javier Carnevale.

“The expectation is to close the season while maintaining excellence in service to both ships and passengers”, the manager reiterated.
