Cruise season in Santos concludes with three ships this month

Over 96,300 people are expected at the Giusfredo Santini Passenger Terminal, managed by Concais, this month — the last of the 2024/2025 cruise season. The ships Seaview and Grandiosa, from MSC Cruises, and Diadema, from Costa Cruises, will make a total of 12 calls at the Port of Santos in April.

The MSC Seaview will dock next Thursday. On Saturday, both tourists and locals will be able to see two cruise ships arriving. The MSC Grandiosa and Costa Diadema will dock at Concais in the morning. The second and final double docking at Concais during the month will occur on the 9th, when the MSC Seaview and Costa Diadema will arrive in Santos (see the schedule below).

The arrival and departure times for each ship will be confirmed the day before, based on the departure from the previous port, according to Concais.

According to the terminal’s lessee, 48,416 passengers are expected to disembark, 45,200 to embark, and 2,701 in transit by the end of the season on the 20th, with the departure of Costa Diadema.

Since the start of the 2024/2025 season on November 8, until March 31, 932,400 cruise passengers have passed through the Santos terminal, with 421,400 disembarking, 424,400 embarking, and 86,500 in transit. "We have a positive expectation regarding passenger movement numbers and the economic impact for the region", says Concais' Operations Manager, Javier Carnevale.

According to him, the next few weeks will be important to finalize the data. "And to close another season successfully, ensuring the dream embarkation for thousands of passengers", he concluded.
